Why NHRFRF Exists

Despite constitutional guarantees and legal protections, millions of people in India continue to face human rights violations daily. Women suffer from domestic violence, children are exploited and denied education, workers are subjected to unfair labor practices, and minorities face discrimination.

Many victims lack awareness of their rights or access to legal remedies. The justice system can be intimidating and expensive, leaving the vulnerable without recourse.

NHRFRF exists to bridge this gap—to be the voice for the voiceless, to provide free legal aid to those who cannot afford it, and to fight for systemic change that protects human dignity and ensures justice for all.
